What are your prices?

Our prices are subject to change depending on supply and other market factors.

We will provide a very competitive price after you contact us with model/quantity or any other requirement for further information.

And we will make sure every customer got a suitable price and getting profit while selling our products.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Hi, 95% models in our factory are do not have a MOQ, that means 1pcs is also available for us, and we have it in stock.

other OEM models or special models has a MOQ200pcs.

Can I brand our logo in your products ?

Yes,

OEM is our advantage, we works for more than 500+ companies with OEM/ODM cooperation.

OEM MOQ is 1000pcs, and you can brand your logo on device, on packing box, on user manual.

If less than 1000pcs, kindly confirm with our sales team.

What is the average lead time?

For samples, lots of models are in stock and the lead time is about 1 working days. For mass production, the lead time is 1-21 working days after receiving the deposit payment.

The lead times become effective when

(1) we have received your deposit, and

(2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, we can try to find a good solution with your requirements.

In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.

Can you accommodate custom product requests?

Yes, we specialize in customized manufacturing solutions. Share your design, materials, or technical requirements with our engineering team, and we will assess feasibility, cost, and timelines.

How do I place an order or request a quote?

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept bank transfers(T/T), Online Payments(Alibaba Shop Online Payment), and other secure payment methods.

Currency: USD, CNY, EUR,GBP, if any other currency, our sales team will confirm with you via your requirements.

Terms:

1. 100% Payment in advance if we have it in stock.

2. 30% deposit, 70% balanced before shipment are confirmed upon order approval.

Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Yes,

1. we can provide some HD photos and videos to help you to start the business soon.

2. we can provide all items CE, FCC, RoHS, UKCA certificates which the item required.

3. we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Insurance; Origin, and other export documents where required.

How do you ensure product quality?

Secondly, we have a Professional & Experienced Testing Team, and our quality control process includes raw material inspections, in-line production checks, and final product testing.

We are ISO-certified and provide detailed quality reports upon request.

Do you work in drop shipping ?
